A-Level Results 2024

Trinity Academy is delighted to report outstanding A-level and vocational results this summer as it goes from strength to strength.

Trinity Academy have gained the best A-level and vocational results ever, stronger than pre-pandemic, with the average grade for Applied General course remaining at Distinction.  Despite more than 40% of the sixth form cohort coming from a very deprived context, 67% are continuing in Education, with many of these students going on to Russell Group Universities.

Despite the proportion of top grades decreasing nationally, this is not the case at Trinity Academy which is bucking the national trend with 70% of the cohort achieving A*-C grades.

Three of the highest attaining students, Anya, Freya and Georgia are all going on to study Medicine achieving AAA and AAB grades at Hull York, Sheffield and Newcastle University.

Harry Graves, Head Boy at Trinity Academy, obtained the highest grades in the Sixth Form, achieving A*A*A.  He will be going to Durham University in September to study Physics and hopes to lecture at Universities in the future alongside research into Astrophysics.

Principal Victoria Gibson said, "These results will undoubtedly allow this cohort of students to fulfil their hopes and dreams, and we are immensely proud of their achievements.  We wish them all the very best in their onward study, training and employment and the very best of luck in their next steps - whatever that may be."
