Peri Music
Peri music September 2023
Lessons start again week commencing Monday 11 September, students will informed of their first lesson in good time.
Peripatetic 'peri' music lessons
We are able to offer students the opportunity to undertake private music lessons in school with a group of external musical instrument and vocal teachers (please scroll down for links to their websites) and also vocal lessons with Mrs Craib.
The instruments we offer are: drums, vocals, woodwind (flute, saxophone and clarinet), violin, guitar and piano. Places are offered on a first come first served basis with a waiting list for any excess. Lessons are 20 minutes each week and students will need to catch up on any work missed from regular lessons.
The Academy subsidises lessons by approximately a third. Therefore, the *charges to you are £100 per term / £300 per year. Payment can be made in 6 installments if preferred; the payment schedule is below. We can offer students shared lessons when the price would also be shared, subject to availability; pairing is allocated based on the students’ levels and we cannot guarantee students will be paired with their friends.
More details can be read in this letter: About Peri Music
