Students must wear Trinity PE kit for all clubs
- All sessions start at 3.15pm on the day given and finish by 4.15PM
- Most activities are open to all but some are for specific year groups only.
We will also advertise enrichment activities through MCAS notifications and to the students through assembly notices and tutor messages/sessions. We encourage all students to attend at least one after-school activity regularly during the year. Your child simply needs to see the member of staff who is leading the club and give it a go. Hopefully, they enjoy the experience and develop a passion that lasts a lifetime.
Benefits of Physical Activity
There are a range of benefits to taking part in physical activity:
Physical benefits

Emotional benefits
· have some fun
· increased confidence and self-esteem
· to provide relief from stress and anxiety
Social benefits
· Make new friends
· Communicate and cooperate with others
· Develop teamwork skills
With all these benefits in mind the PE department at Trinity put on a varied and extensive programme of extra- curricular activities throughout the year with the aim of as many students as possible engaging in at least one activity.
Activities we offer are:
· Football
· Rugby
· Basketball
· Netball
· Hockey

So, if you simply want to take part recreationally or if you are a bit more competitive and want to represent your House or a School team then all you need to do is come along to the PE department after school with your PE kit and get involved. Even if you have never tried the activity before you are more than welcome to join in and learn some new skills.
